REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a refund, you can contact us via email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the item. Our team will require a copy of your order confirmation to process the return.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE APPROVAL
Once your return is received, we will inspect and process it. You will then receive an email confirmation letting you know if your refund or exchange has been approved. We accept both defective and non-defective products, whether used or unused, as long as the request is made within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value. Refunds typically take 1–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. It is recommended that you consider tracking your return package. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned package.
