Sorviq Shipping Policy

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Processing (Handling) Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for handling and processing before they are shipped. This is the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the carrier.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Transit Time
Transit time begins once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- USA: Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.

- UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand: Delivery usually takes 4–14 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.

Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is the sum of processing time (1–3 business days) plus transit time (as listed above). This means:

  • USA orders typically arrive in 5–13 business days total.

  • UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand orders typically arrive in 5–17 business days total.

Tracking

- Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package.

International Orders

- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Address Changes & Cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation before your order ships.
